Manner of representation

1. The conclusion of agreements, granting a power of attorney and making declarations of will, in particular in the association’s property matters, requires joint action and the signatures of two members of the management board, including the Chairperson or Vice-Chairperson. 2. The validity of other letters and documents requires the signatures of the Chairperson or Vice-Chairperson. 3. Decisions concerning the acquisition, disposal and encumbrance of movable property are taken by the management board within the limits of the funds held and the assets held. 4. Decisions concerning the acquisition and disposal of immovable property are taken by the association’s management board after obtaining the consent of the general meeting of members. 5. The general meeting of members determines the upper limit of the liabilities that may be incurred by the management board.
