Manner of representation

1. To represent the foundation externally and to conclude agreements, grant powers of attorney and submit declarations of will in all property matters, joint action and the signature of: a) one member of the management board are required when incurring an obligation of up to PLN 50,000.00; b) two members of the management board are required when incurring an obligation exceeding PLN 50,000.00. 2. The signature of one member of the management board is required to submit applications for grants and other applications for external funding of the foundation. 3. The signature of one of the members of the management board is required to submit financial and substantive reports to the grantor within projects carried out by the foundation. 4. The signature of one of the members of the management board is required to submit applications in matters other than property matters. 5. The management board may appoint attorneys-in-fact to handle matters specified in the power of attorney and, within that scope, to submit declarations of will.
