Manner of representation

The general partner entitled to represent the company is OFF BEAT spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością w organizacji. Method of representation of the general partner: to make declarations concerning the company's property rights and obligations, including signing agreements and incurring liabilities, the following are authorized: 1. in the case of a one-person management board – one member of the management board independently; 2. in the case of a multi-member management board – a member of the management board independently when making declarations concerning the company's property rights and obligations with a value not exceeding PLN 15,000.00; two members of the management board jointly when making declarations concerning the company's property rights and obligations with a value exceeding PLN 15,000.00. To make declarations concerning the company's non-property rights and obligations: 1. in the case of a one-person management board – a member of the management board independently; 2. in the case of a multi-member management board – two members of the management board jointly. The management board of the general partner consists of: Monika Ewa Kordowicz – member of the management board; Wojciech Bartosz Makarski – member of the management board.
