Manner of representation

To submit declarations of will on behalf of the association, including in financial matters, the following are authorised: 1. in the case of a one-person management board, the President of the Management Board independently; 2. in the case of a multi-member management board: a) the President or Vice-President of the Management Board independently, if the amount of a one-off obligation or the total amount of the obligation to make periodic performances arising from the agreement being concluded does not exceed PLN 5,000 net (in words: five thousand zlotys); b) the President of the Management Board jointly with the Vice-President, if the act results in a disposition of the company’s property or the amount of a one-off obligation or the total amount of the obligation to make periodic performances arising from the agreement being concluded exceeds PLN 5,000 net (in words: five thousand zlotys); c) a member of the management board always jointly with the President or Vice-President of the Management Board.
