Manner of representation

1. In all property and non-property matters, including, among other things, incurring obligations, concluding agreements, employee matters and granting powers of attorney, two members of the management board acting jointly, including the President of the Management Board, are authorised to make declarations of will on behalf of the foundation. 2. In the current matters of the foundation, and in particular to sign covering letters, invoices, invitations and other documents of this type, each member of the management board is authorised to act independently.
