Passenger transport mediation (PKD 52.32.Z)

This subclass includes brokerage in passenger transport, consisting of bringing together buyers and sellers for a fee or commission, without the intermediary providing the passenger transport services that are the subject of the brokerage. Brokerage may be carried out electronically (via the Internet, digital platforms, e-mail) or otherwise (through direct contact, itinerant sales, by telephone, by post and the like). The fee or commission may be payable by the customer or by the provider of passenger transport services. Revenue from brokerage may include other sources of income (for example, advertising revenue).
