Travel agency activities (PKD 79.11.Z)
This subclass includes:
- activities of agents mainly engaged in the sale of travel packages and cruise trips to individual customers and business entities, including additional advice and opinions on accommodation matters:
- activities related to the booking of ready-made travel packages, domestic and international,
- activities related to the booking of customised travel packages for groups, domestic or international,
- intermediary services related to the conclusion of contracts for the provision of travel services on behalf of tourism organisers,
- intermediary services in travel services at the destination.
This subclass excludes:
- intermediary services solely in passenger transport, classified in 52.32.Z,
- intermediary services solely in accommodation, classified in 55.40.Z,
- activities consisting in performing, at a client's request, factual and legal acts related to the conclusion of contracts for the provision of travel services, classified in the relevant subclasses of division 69,
- sale of travel services with deferred payment: a form of distribution of a tourism service, which may be of any kind (related to hotels, restaurants, personal care, recreational activities and the like), classified in 82.99.B.
