In the case of a multi-member management board: each member of the management board is authorized to independently submit declarations of will and represent the foundation in matters whose value does not exceed PLN 50,000.00 (in words: fifty thousand złoty). In matters whose value exceeds PLN 50,000.00, joint action by two members of the management board is required to submit declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, including the President of the Management Board, if appointed.
