The subject of the agreement is the provision by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority of comprehensive written translation services. The services include standard translations (not certified by a sworn translator), together with linguistic review, as well as translations of texts intended for publication, including proofreading and review of the text at the stages specified in the agreement, including after graphic layout by the Contracting Authority. Under the agreement, the Contractor will also provide written translations certified by a sworn translator and certify translated texts supplied by the Contracting Authority. The agreement also covers linguistic review of standard translations submitted by the Contracting Authority. The subject areas of commissioned translations relate in particular to the agri-food sector and entities operating in it, agri-food products, agri-food processing, culinary arts, foreign trade, European Union legislation in the agri-food field, implementation of projects under international cooperation, promotional activities, international trade fair events in agriculture and agri-food processing, real estate management and agricultural companies. Services will be provided in the language groups specified in Annex 1 to the agreement, in the following directions: from Polish into a foreign language, from a foreign language into Polish, and from one foreign language into another.
