Security and investigation activities (PKD division 80)
This division includes services related to safeguarding and security:
- investigative and detective activities in the field of private, commercial, corporate, insurance and criminal law for the purpose of pursuing rights in court,
- guard and patrol services,
- security services related to the transport of money, securities or other valuables, together with personnel and equipment for protecting property during transport,
- services relating to security systems and the operation and monitoring of electronic security systems (for example burglary and fire alarms), as well as remote monitoring and video surveillance systems, together with their sale, installation and repair, but only where provided together with this activity,
- security services related to the prevention and safety of persons at events and in public facilities,
- security services in the transport of persons in armoured vehicles.
This division excludes:
- activities related to security in the field of information technology, classified in the relevant subclasses of division 62.
