Mining support service activities (PKD division 09)
This division includes support service activities for mining and quarrying, performed on a contract basis:
- prospecting carried out by traditional methods, for example through:
- taking core samples and making geological observations,
- drilling and directional drilling in order to determine the location of oil wells and the occurrence of metallic and non-metallic minerals,
- erection of drilling towers,
- construction of foundations for oil and natural gas wells,
- cementing of oil and natural gas wells,
- washing, cleaning and bailing of water from oil and natural gas wells,
- mine drainage and pumping out mine waters.
