Construction of residential buildings (PKD 41.00.A)
This subclass includes construction works related to the erection of complete residential buildings and their extension and alteration. Outsourcing of part of or even the entire construction process is possible. If only specialised parts of the construction process are performed, the activity is classified in the relevant subclasses of division 43.
This subclass includes:
- the construction of residential buildings,
- the erection of prefabricated building structures requiring assembly on the construction site,
- the complete alteration or repair of existing residential buildings, involving several specialised construction works.
This subclass excludes:
- development projects related to the erection of residential buildings, for the purpose of preparing properties for subsequent sale, classified in 68.12.A,
- architectural and engineering activities, classified in the relevant subclasses of group 71.1,
- construction project management, classified in the relevant subclasses of group 71.1.
