Retail sale of automotive fuel in specialised stores (PKD 47.30.Z)
This subclass includes:
- retail sale of fuels, including fossil fuels or zero-emission fuels, for motor vehicles and motorcycles,
- operation of petrol stations,
- retail sale of petrol, together with the sale of synthetic fuels (e-fuels), where the sale of petrol is predominant,
- retail sale of lubricants and coolants for motor vehicles,
- retail sale of hydrogen for motor vehicles and motorcycles,
- retail sale of fuels, including the sale of food, beverages, vehicle maintenance products, car wash services and the like, where the sale of fuels is predominant.
This subclass excludes:
- sale of electricity through charging equipment for electric vehicles, for example electric cars, motorcycles, scooters, bicycles, classified in 35.15.Z,
- wholesale of fuels, classified in 46.81.Z,
- retail sale of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) for cooking or heating, classified in 47.78.Z,
- retail sale of parts and accessories for motor vehicles, excluding motorcycles, classified in 47.82.Z,
- retail sale of motorcycles and parts and accessories for motorcycles, classified in 47.83.Z.
- This group does not include: - streaming and downloading content on digital platforms, classified in the relevant subclasses of section J.
