This subclass includes retail sale of:
- new and used motor vehicles, including electric vehicles:
- passenger cars,
- caravans and camper vans (for example, caravan trailers, motorhomes),
- off-road vehicles,
- trailers for motor vehicles.
This subclass excludes:
- retail sale of bicycles, electric bicycles and the like, classified in 47.63.Z,
- retail sale of parts and accessories for motor vehicles, excluding motorcycles, classified in 47.82.Z,
- retail sale of motorcycles, parts and accessories for motorcycles, classified in 47.83.Z,
- activities of agents engaged in the retail sale of motor vehicles, classified in the relevant subclasses of group 47.9,
- passenger transport on demand by vehicle with driver, classified in 49.33.Z,
- rental and leasing of motor vehicles without driver, classified in the relevant subclasses of group 77.1,
- maintenance and repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles, classified in 95.3.
