This subclass includes:
- resale of wired, wireless and satellite telecommunications (that is, purchase and resale of network capacity), including the activities of telecommunications brokers and sellers of prepaid telephone services and cards,
- intermediation in wired, wireless and satellite telecommunications, including:
- agency activities for telecommunications operators,
- agency sale of mobile telephony tariff plans,
- activities of agents selling wireless telephony tariff plans on behalf of network operators,
- activities of agents for mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs),
- provision of access to telephony and Internet access in public venues.
