Real estate agencies (PKD 68.31.Z)

This subclass includes intermediation in the purchase, sale, renting and leasing of real estate, consisting in bringing together clients and sellers or service providers for a fee or commission. Intermediation may be carried out electronically (via the Internet, digital platforms, e-mail) or in other ways (through direct contact, by itinerant selling, by telephone, by post and the like). The fee or commission may be paid by the client, the seller of the property or providers of services related to real estate transactions. Income from intermediation may include other sources of income (for example advertising income).
