This subclass includes supervising and managing other units of the same economic entity or group of economic entities, that is:
- performing head office functions,
- strategic or organizational planning and decision-making processes in the client's business activities,
- exercising operational control and managing the day-to-day operations of related units. These activities are the same regardless of the activities carried out by the managed units (financing, production, trade and the like).
- holding companies, excluding the activities of financial holding companies,
- boards of directors,
- boards of local and regional units,
- boards of branches of enterprises.
This subclass excludes:
- activities of holding companies, unrelated to head office activities, classified in 64.21.Z.
