Activities of employment placement agencies (PKD 78.10.Z)
This subclass covers activities concerning the procurement of job vacancies, the search for employees and their referral to jobs, whereby such persons are not employees of the employment office/employment agency.
This subclass includes:
- searching for employees, screening candidates, referring them to jobs, including searching for and referring managerial personnel to jobs,
- activities of casting offices and agencies (for example agencies dealing with casting for theatrical roles, modelling agencies),
- activities related to job searching and recruitment of workers via the Internet,
- headhunting activities.
