Social work activities without accommodation for the elderly and disabled (PKD 88.10.Z)
This subclass includes the activities of counselling centres, shelters and other social work without accommodation provided to elderly persons and disabled persons, carried out by public administration institutions, organisations with nationwide or local scope, and by specialists providing advice, including through:
- visiting elderly and sick persons,
- day care and assistance for elderly persons or adult disabled persons,
- activities related to vocational adjustment of mentally impaired or physically disabled persons; in activities of this type, the educational element should be limited,
- activities of home carers,
- home care,
- service activities in the field of domestic assistance, such as performing household tasks, provided for persons with a diagnosed temporary health impairment.
