Operation of sports facilities (PKD 93.11.Z)
This subclass includes:
- activities of outdoor or indoor sports facilities (open, closed or covered, with or without spectator seating), including:
- management and provision of staff for the operation of sports facilities,
- provision of equipment for the operation of sports facilities,
- operation of sports grounds, which may include the operation of cable cars, ski lifts and chairlifts,
- management of areas equipped with outdoor sports facilities
- organisation and conduct of sports events for professional or amateur athletes by units (other than sports clubs) in their own outdoor or indoor sports facilities.
This subclass excludes:
- transport by cable cars, ski lifts and chairlifts, which may include preparation of ski slopes, classified in 49.34.Z,
- renting of recreational and sports equipment, classified in 77.21.Z,
- organisation and conduct of sports events for professional or amateur athletes by sports clubs in their own outdoor or indoor sports facilities, classified in 93.12.Z,
- activities of fitness clubs, classified in 93.13.Z,
- organisation and conduct of sports events for professional or amateur athletes by units (other than sports clubs) not having their own outdoor or indoor sports facilities, classified in 93.19.Z,
- activities related to the operation of recreational parks and beaches, classified in 93.29.B.
