Forging, pressing, stamping and roll-forming of metal; powder metallurgy (PKD 25.40.Z)
This subclass includes general activities related to metal forming:
- forging, pressing, stamping and rolling of metal,
- the manufacture of metal articles directly from metal powders by heat treatment (sintering) or under pressure, that is, powder metallurgy,
- trimming or descaling metal, without further processing.
This subclass excludes:
- the manufacture of metal powders, classified in 24.10.Z or the relevant subclasses of group 24.4. metal elements
This group includes activities in general metal working operations (for example plating, coating, engraving, drilling, polishing or welding), which are usually carried out on a contract basis.
