This subclass includes:
- the production of aircraft for the transport of goods or passengers, for recreational and sport purposes,
- the production of helicopters,
- the production of gliders and hang gliders,
- the production of airships and hot-air balloons,
- the production of parts and accessories for aircraft covered by this subclass:
- basic assemblies (for example fuselages, wings, doors, control surfaces, undercarriages, fuel tanks, nacelles),
- propellers, helicopter rotors and rotor blades,
- engines for civil aircraft,
- turbojet and turboprop engines of the type used in civil aircraft,
- parts suitable for use solely or principally with piston internal-combustion engines for civil aircraft,
- the production of ground training equipment for pilot instruction,
- the production of rockets for space and civil purposes,
- the production of spacecraft and launch vehicles for putting spacecraft into orbit, satellites, space probes, orbital stations, space shuttles,
- the production of civil unmanned aerial vehicles (drones),
- factory repair and factory rebuilding of aircraft and aircraft engines,
- the production of seats for civil aircraft.
This subclass excludes:
- the production of parachutes, classified in 13.96.Z,
- the production of rockets for military purposes, classified in 25.30.Z,
- the production of (tele)communication equipment for satellites, classified in 26.30.Z,
- the production of aeronautical instruments and aircraft instruments, classified in 26.51.Z,
- the production of air navigation systems, classified in 26.51.Z,
- the production of lighting equipment for aircraft, classified in 27.40.Z,
- the production of ignition system parts and other electrical parts for internal combustion engines, classified in 27.90.Z,
- the production of pistons, piston rings and carburettors, not intended for motor vehicles (including motorcycles), classified in 28.11.Z,
- the production of launching equipment for aircraft, catapulting equipment and similar machinery and equipment, classified in 28.99.Z,
- the production of ignition devices and other electrical equipment for internal combustion engines, classified in 29.31.Z,
