Installation of industrial machinery and equipment (PKD 33.20.Z)
This subclass covers the specialised installation of machinery. The installation of elements that form an integral part of a building or similar structure (for example installation of escalators, laying of electrical wiring, burglar alarms or air-conditioning systems) is treated as construction work.
This subclass includes:
- installation of industrial machinery in an industrial plant,
- installation and assembly of systems for controlling industrial processes,
- installation of other industrial equipment, for example:
- (tele)communication equipment,
- mainframe computers,
- irradiating equipment and electromedical and similar equipment,
- dismantling of large-sized machinery and equipment,
- activities related to the specialised construction of mills,
- assembly of machine structures,
- installation of bowling alley equipment,
- installation of machinery and warehouse equipment,
- installation of large-sized shelving, warehouses (not forming an integral part of a building),
- installation of standalone charging equipment.
This subclass excludes:
- installation of wallbox charging equipment, classified in the relevant subclasses of section F,
- construction of complete warehouses, classified in 41.00.B,
- installation of lifts, escalators, automatic doors, vacuum cleaning systems and the like, classified in 43.24.Z,
- installation of doors, staircases, shop fittings, built-in furniture, classified in 43.32.Z,
- erection of steel structures for warehouse shelving, classified in 43.42.Z,
- installation (configuration) of personal computers, classified in 62.90.Z.
