Construction brokerage activities (PKD 43.60.Z)

This subclass includes brokerage in the area of specialised construction services, consisting in bringing buyers and sellers together for a fee or commission, without the intermediary providing the specialised construction services that are the subject of the brokerage. Brokerage may be carried out electronically (via the Internet, digital platforms, e-mail) or by other means (through direct contact, itinerant trade, by telephone, by post and the like). The fee or commission may be paid by the client or by the provider of the specialised construction services. Brokerage income may include other sources of income (for example advertising income).
