This subclass includes:
- activities on financial markets on behalf of other persons (for example brokerage in share trading) and related activities,
- brokerage in securities trading,
- brokerage in investment fund units,
- brokerage in standardised commodity market contracts,
- foreign exchange trading on behalf of other persons,
- brokerage in crypto-assets with liabilities qualifying as securities,
- foreign exchange services on a fee basis (for example currency exchange offices),
- equity crowdfunding,
- lending crowdfunding or crowdfunding for the purchase of securities (debt crowdfunding),
- brokerage in securities for investment projects (for example wind or solar farms).
This subclass excludes:
- activities on financial markets carried out on own account, classified in the relevant subclasses of division 64,
- foreign exchange transactions on own account, classified in 64.99.Z,
- portfolio management of securities carried out on order, classified in 66.30.Z,
- purchase and sale of real estate projects (for example wind or solar farms), classified in the relevant subclasses of division 68,
- donation-based crowdfunding, classified in 82.99.A,
- trading in and brokerage of crypto-assets without liabilities, classified in 82.99.B.
