- activities related to the processing and settlement of financial transactions, including electronic (or online) payments, including the handling of transactions carried out using payment cards,
- investment advisory services, including robo-advisory services,
- mortgage and loan advisory and brokerage activities,
- activities of digital currency wallet providers,
- activities of financial advisers in connection with merger and acquisition services,
- validation and mining of crypto-assets recognised as financial assets,
- securities custodianship,
- tokenisation of digital assets, including security token offerings, offering cryptocurrencies to raise capital to finance an undertaking,
- tax refund offices,
- consumer credit brokerage,
- activities of payment service providers (for example electronic funds transfer services), including peer-to-peer payments,
- analysis of financial markets as an advisory-related service activity.
This subclass excludes:
- publishing financial market analyses, classified in 58.19.Z,
- information retrieval concerning financial markets carried out on order, classified in 63.92.Z,
- operation of crypto-asset exchanges, classified in 66.11.Z,
- brokerage activities related to securities and exchange-traded commodities markets, classified in 66.12.Z,
- activities of insurance agents and brokers, classified in 66.22.Z,
- fund management, classified in 66.30.Z,
- debt collection and management of impaired loans, classified in 82.91.Z,
- brokerage in crypto-assets without liabilities, classified in 82.99.B.
- This group includes: - activities of agents and brokers in the sale of insurance policies (including annuities) or the provision of other services related to employee benefits, insurance and pensions (for example claims settlement, administrative insurance services on a contract basis).
- This group does not include: - the pooling and assumption of insurance risk through underwriting, classified in the relevant subclasses of division 65.
