This subclass includes:
- activities of the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Tribunal and the Tribunal of State,
- activities of the common organisational units of the public prosecution service, common courts, administrative courts, criminal courts, and military prosecution services and courts,
- arbitration in civil matters,
- activities in the field of administration and executive services related to the prison system, including rehabilitation services,
- rehabilitation activities for persons unjustly convicted.
This subclass excludes:
- legal counselling and representation in civil, criminal and other cases, classified in 69.10.Z,
- activities of schools in penitentiary institutions, correctional institutions and juvenile shelters, classified in the relevant subclasses of section 85,
- activities of hospitals in penitentiary institutions, classified in 86.10.Z.
