Intermediation in rental and leasing of other tangible and intangible non-financial assets (PKD 77.52.Z)

This subclass covers brokerage in the rental and leasing of other tangible goods and non-financial intangible assets and legal rights, consisting in bringing clients and service providers together for a fee or commission, without the broker providing the rental and leasing services that are the subject of the brokerage. Brokerage may be carried out electronically (via the Internet, digital platforms, e-mail) or by other means (through direct contact, itinerant activity, by telephone, by mail and the like). The fee or commission may be paid by the client or by the provider of the rental and leasing service. Brokerage income may include other sources of income (for example advertising income).
