This subclass includes:
- activities related to the creation and production of visual artworks,
- activities of independent artists (for example sculptors, painters, draughtsmen, calligraphers, engravers, etchers, acid engravers),
- creation of digital forms of visual art,
- creation of art using light installations.
This subclass excludes:
- production of stone statuettes other than artistic originals, classified in 23.70.B,

- activities related to film projection in cinemas, classified in 59.14.Z,
- photographic activities, classified in 74.20.Z,
- activities of theatrical or artistic agents or agencies acting on behalf of individual artists, classified in 74.99.Z,
- activities of casting offices and agencies, classified in 78.10.Z,
- booking agencies for theatre performances, sports events, entertainment and show events, classified in 82.40.Z,
- choreographic activities, classified in 90.13.Z,
- activities related to the creation and presentation of light and sound spectacles, classified in 93.29.B.
