Activities of electricity and gas brokers and agents (PKD 35.40.Z)
This subclass includes:
- activities of brokers and agents arranging the sale of electricity through distribution systems operated by other business entities,
- activities of brokers and agents arranging the sale of gaseous fuels through distribution systems operated by other business entities,
- activities of brokers and agents in commodity exchange and transmission capacity relating to gaseous fuels,
- activities of brokers and agents in the distribution and transmission capacity of electricity.
This subclass excludes:
- storage and distribution or supply of electricity to the user (through the network system) by the producer (on own account), classified in the relevant subclasses of group 35.1,
- storage and distribution or supply of gaseous fuels to the user through the network system by the producer (on own account), classified in the relevant subclasses of group 35.2
- brokerage in the transport of gaseous fuels, classified in 52.31.Z.
