Postal activities under universal service obligation (PKD 53.10.Z)

This subclass includes postal activities covered by the universal service obligation (universal service provider) by one or more designated universal service providers. These activities use universal service infrastructure, including retail outlets, sorting and processing facilities, and carrier routes for collecting and delivering mail. Delivery may include letter-post items, namely letters, postcards, printed matter (newspapers, periodicals, advertising mail and the like), small postal packets, goods or documents. This subclass also includes other necessary services related to universal services.
