- garlic,
- onions, including shallots,
- leeks and other bulb vegetables,
- cultivation of mushrooms, including truffles,
- cultivation of sugar beet,
- cultivation of sweet corn,
- cultivation of chilli and sweet peppers (of the genus Capsicum),
- production of vegetable seeds, including sugar beet seeds,
- cultivation of root and tuber crops, for example:
- potatoes,
- sweet potatoes (yams),

- swedes and leaf beet (Swiss chard).
