Hunting, trapping and related service activities (PKD 01.70.Z)
This subclass includes:
- taking of game animals for commercial purposes, including obtaining trophies, furs, skins, carrying out scientific research, as well as for placement in zoos or as pets,
- obtaining skins of fur-bearing animals and skins of reptiles or birds from hunting activities,
- collecting frogs and snails living in their natural environment,
- hunting of marine mammals on land, for example walruses, seals,
- shooting foxes, mink and wolves for the protection of livestock,
- shooting game animals for population control purposes.
This subclass excludes:
- breeding and raising of game animals on breeding farms, classified in 01.48.Z,
- obtaining raw skins from other animals, including birds or reptiles (for example snakes and turtles) on breeding farms, classified in 01.48.Z,
- pest control (including rabbits) related to agriculture, classified in 01.61.Z,
- whaling, classified in 03.11.Z,
- production of raw hides and skins originating from slaughterhouses, classified in 10.11.Z,
- sport and recreational hunting, classified in 93.19.Z,
- activities supporting hunting and game management, classified in 94.99.Z.
