- activities related to blending of plastics,
- the manufacture of chemical cellulose derivatives,
- the manufacture of powders, granules or flakes of plastics by blending or transforming resins derived from recovered plastic waste,
- the manufacture of plastics in flakes or granules, based on pre-processed plastic waste from material recovery processes.
