Freight forwarding and mediation (PKD 52.31.Z)

This subclass includes freight transport brokerage, consisting in matching buyers and sellers for a fee or commission, without the intermediary providing the freight transport services that are the subject of the brokerage. Brokerage may be carried out electronically (via the Internet, digital platforms, e-mail) or in other ways (through direct contact, itinerantly, by telephone, by post and the like). The fee or commission may be paid by the customer or by the freight transport service provider. Brokerage revenue may include other sources of income (for example advertising revenue).
