This subclass excludes:
- retail sale of software on storage media, classified in 47.40.Z,
- publishing of classified and advertising newspapers, classified in 58.12.Z,
- publishing of software, classified in the relevant subclasses of group 58.2,
- production of video content, classified in 59.11.Z,
- operation of content distribution (sharing) platforms, including blog websites and wiki sites, social networking services and websites with online games/computer games, unrelated to publishing of content, classified in 60.39.Z,
- application hosting, classified in 63.10.D,
- operation of internet search engines, classified in 63.91.Z,
- preparation of information or directories on a commissioned basis, classified in 63.92.Z.
- This group includes: - publishing activities in respect of software (for example operating systems, business and financial technology software and applications, and computer games)
- development and continuous updating of self-published computer games and software
- brokerage in the publishing and downloading of software.
