Publishing of newspapers (PKD 58.12.Z)

This subclass covers the publishing of newspapers, including advertising newspapers and newspapers containing classified advertisements. All possible publication formats (printed, digital, analogue or any other) are included here. Newspapers (including advertising newspapers) should be subject to editorial responsibility and control, appear or be updated regularly at least four times a week, consist mainly of journalistic literary works related to news, and aim to inform the general public. If the product is published both in printed and electronic form, the publication frequency shall be assessed on the basis of the frequency of issue of the printed version.
