This subclass includes:
- publishing activities in respect of computer games for all platforms and devices,
- provision by the publisher of in-game and in-app purchases for all users, including subscribers,
- intermediary services in the publishing of computer game software,
- distribution of computer games by publishers via streaming and download.
This subclass excludes:
- reproduction of computer game software, classified in 18.20.Z,
- retail sale of standard computer game software on information media, classified in 47.40.Z,
- operation of websites for streaming computer games for viewing only, classified in 60.20.Z,
- operation of websites with online games / computer games, not related to their publishing, classified in 60.39.Z,
- custom software development for computer games, classified in 62.10.A,
- application hosting, classified in 63.10.D,
- operation of websites with gambling games, classified in 92.00.Z.
