Photographic activities (PKD 74.20.Z)
This subclass includes:
- photographic activities in the field of:
- portrait photography, passport photographs, identity card photographs, wedding photographs and the like,
- commercial photography for advertising, publishing, fashion, real estate or tourism purposes,
- aerial and underwater photography,
- video recording of events: weddings, meetings and the like,
- processing of photographic materials:
- developing and making prints, printing and enlarging from negatives and film supplied by the customer,
- developing and making prints by photographic laboratories,
- developing photographs (within one hour) by outlets engaged in express developing (excluding shops selling photographic equipment),
- slide mounting,
- copying, restoring and retouching photographs,
- photojournalistic activities,
- activities related to artistic photography,
- microfilming of documents,
- digitisation of photographs, uploading video to the cloud,
- 3D scanning of objects.
This subclass excludes:
- printing photographs (from mobile phones, memory cards, USB flash drives (USB memory) and other electronic media), classified in 18.12.Z,
- processing of film strips related to the film and television industry, classified in 59.12.Z,
- cartographic activities and spatial information activities, classified in 71.12.A,
- photogrammetric surveying activities, classified in 71.12.A,
- providing photographic booths for a fee, classified in 96.99.Z.
