This subclass includes activities consisting in providing a wide range of services to business entities. It includes activities requiring a more advanced level of professional, scientific and technical skills, but does not include ongoing, routine business functions that are usually short-term.
This subclass includes:
- brokerage in business, that is, arranging procurement or sales for business entities, including professional practices, excluding other brokerage activities listed in the individual subclasses of the classification,
- appraisal activities other than in respect of real estate and insurance (antiques, jewellery and the like),
- checking transport documents, information on freight rates,
- weather forecasting activities,
- occupational health and safety consultancy at the workplace,
- activities of agronomists and agricultural economists,
- environmental consultancy,
- energy saving consultancy,
- other technical consultancy,
- activities carried out by agents or agencies acting on behalf of individuals in order to secure engagement in film, theatre and other artistic or sports activities, as well as the publication of books, music recordings, play scripts, artistic works, photographs and the like, by publishers, producers,
- activities of construction economists in relation to construction projects,
- activities of supervisory boards,
- activities in the field of planning and preparation of projects in the area of hunting management,
- activities related to estimating the number of game animals.
