This subclass includes general activities related to the processing and finishing of wood, usually carried out on a contract basis:
- drilling, turning, milling, chipping, broaching, levelling, grinding, polishing, joining of wood and the like,
- drying of wood,
- impregnation or chemical treatment of wood,
- impregnation of raw wood with paint, stain or other preservatives,
- other activities related to the processing and finishing of wood.
This subclass excludes:
- the production of non-assembled wooden flooring elements, classified in 16.11.Z,
- coating, impregnation or chemical treatment of wooden products, classified in 16.27.Z,
- disinfection and pest control in buildings and the like, classified in 81.23.A,
- upholstery and repair of furniture, finishing work related to furniture restoration, classified in 95.24.Z. weaving
This group includes the production of products from wood, cork, straw or materials used for weaving, including in the form of simple shapes as well as complex products.
