Sea and coastal passenger water transport (PKD 50.10.Z)
This subclass includes:
- passenger transport on the high seas and coastal waters, scheduled or unscheduled:
- operation of excursion, cruise or sightseeing boats,
- operation of ferries, water taxis and the like,
- activities of other passenger sea or coastal transport,
- rental of seagoing and coastal vessels with crew for recreational purposes (for example, for fishing trips)
- ferry transport of passengers with or without a vehicle.
This subclass excludes:
- operation of restaurants and bars on board ships, carried out by separate business entities, classified in 56.11.Z and 56.30.Z,
- rental of leisure boats, kayaks, sailing boats and yachts for recreational and sporting purposes, without crew, classified in 77.21.Z,
- rental of passenger water transport means without crew, classified in 77.34.Z,
- operation of floating casinos that do not transport passengers, classified in 92.00.Z.
- This group also includes: - transport of cargo on lakes and the like, if similar types of vessels as on sea or coastal waters are used.
