Support activities for crop production (PKD 01.61.Z)
This subclass includes:
- activities related to crop production provided on a contract basis, in the scope of:
- preparation of fields for cultivation, sowing and planting,
- tending, watering and spraying of crops, including aerial crop-spraying services,
- pruning of fruit trees and vines,
- transplanting of rice, thinning of sugar beet,
- harvesting,
- pest control (including rabbits) related to agriculture,
- operation of irrigation systems for agricultural purposes,
- hiring of agricultural machinery and equipment with operators,
- maintenance of owned or leased land in good environmental condition, excluding agricultural production.
This subclass excludes:
- post-harvest agricultural activities, classified in 01.63.Z,
- drainage of agricultural land, classified in 43.12.Z,
- landscape architecture activities, classified in 71.11.Z,
- activities of agronomists and agricultural economists, classified in 74.99.Z,
- development of green areas, classified in 81.30.Z,
- organising agricultural shows and fairs, classified in 82.30.Z.
