This subclass covers the activities of agents engaged in wholesale trade of:
- fuels, ores, metals and industrial chemicals, including mineral fertilisers.
This subclass excludes:
- wholesale trade on own account, classified in the relevant subclasses of groups 46.2 to 46.9,
- commission agency activities in wholesale trade, whereby the agents acquire ownership of the goods, even if acting on behalf of third parties, classified in the relevant subclasses of groups 46.2 to 46.9.
