This subclass includes the provision of comprehensive services related to the daily administrative office support (for example reception, financial planning, personnel administration, mail handling, including e-mail), carried out on order.
This subclass includes:
- preparing documents (for example editing, proofreading, typing, computer-based text editing and initial filing),
- other secretarial services,
- transcribing documents,
- writing letters or summaries,
- postal box rental service and mail handling, including e-mail (for example preliminary sorting, addressing),
- duplication, scanning and photocopying of documents,
- digitisation of documents (without further data processing),
- formatting e-books.
This subclass excludes:
- printing of documents (offset printing and similar), classified in 18.12.Z,
- services related to pre-press preparation, classified in 18.13.Z,
- document storage not related to archiving, classified in 52.10.B,
- courier activities, classified in 53.20.Z,
- data processing and digitisation of documents related to further data processing, classified in 63.10.D,
- storage of documents with data, classified in 63.10.D,
- rental of unfurnished offices, shared workspace places (coworking spaces) and fully equipped offices, classified in 68.20.Z,
- activities of shared service centres, including strategic and management (centralised) activities, classified in 70.10.B,
- implementation and organisation of advertising campaigns, classified in 73.11.Z,
- rental of office containers, classified in 77.39.Z,
- services in the field of stenography and specialised stenotypy services (for example court reporting), classified in 82.99.B,
- archiving of documents (in paper or electronic form), classified in 91.12.Z.
