Manufacture of oils and fats (PKD 10.41.Z)

This subclass includes:

the production of crude and refined vegetable oils (for example olive oil, soy oil, hemp oil, sunflower oil, rapeseed oil),
the production of non-defatted flour and meal from oilseeds, nuts or oily kernels,
processing of vegetable oils (for example by steaming, boiling, dehydration, hydrogenation),
the production of non-edible animal oils and fats,
the production of oils from fish and marine mammals,
the production of cotton linters, oilseed cake and other residues from oil production.

This subclass excludes:

the rendering and refining of lard and other edible animal fats from cattle, sheep, goats or pigs, classified in 10.11.Z,
the rendering of edible fats from poultry, classified in 10.12.Z,
the production of margarine, classified in 10.42.Z,
wet milling of maize and the production of corn oil, classified in 10.62.Z,
the production of essential oils, classified in 20.59.Z,
the processing of oils and fats by chemical processes, classified in 20.59.Z.
